Spain’s Constitutional Court Annuls Catalan Independence Declaration

The Constitutional Court of Spain said on Wednesday it had annulled the Catalan parliament’s unilateral declaration of independence adopted last month.

“The declaration of independence of October 27 has been declared unconstitutional and void,” a court spokeswoman said in a statement.
