U.S. President Donald J. Trump met for dinner with military commanders on Thursday and delivered remarks that puzzled the media.
Posing for photographs before the event, the president said “You guys know what this represents? Maybe it is the calm before the storm.”
When reporters asked to explain the remarks, Mr. Trump said “You will find out.”
