Qatar Airways pilots in Doha-Bali flight had to make an unscheduled stop after a woman found out the infidelity of her husband while on air.

An Iranian woman, traveling with her husband and the child, unlocked her sleeping husband’s phone by putting his finger on its scanner and found out that he was cheating on her. Intoxicated, the woman started a fight with her husband and lashed out at the flight crew when they tried to calm her.

The pilots had to divert the plane

and make a landing in Chennai due to the family drama. The Iranian family was taken off the plane and the aircraft resumed its flight. The incident happened on Sunday.

After the woman became sober, the family was then put on a flight to Kuala Lumpur, from where they continued to Doha.
